Azure Core Support Engineer

We are looking for an Azure Core Support Engineer to join our team and support customers with Azure related technical issues. This role is suitable for someone who wants to develop their skills in cloud technologies and troubleshooting. Requirements:
・1-2 years of experience in technical support, system administration, or cloud-related roles ・Basic knowledge of Microsoft Azure and cloud concepts ・Understanding of Windows environments, virtualization, and networking fundamentals ・Familiarity with troubleshooting tools and concepts (DNS, TCP/IP, VPN, Active Directory) ・Good problem-solving and communication skills ・English proficiency

Daily tasks: - ・Provide technical support for Azure customers and troubleshoot platform-related issues
