Azure Cloud Engineer

Salary: $152000 - 178000 per year Requirements: 7–10+ years of experience in IT infrastructure, with a strong operations focus 3–5+ years supporting Azure production environments Proven background handling L3/L4 incident escalation Advanced troubleshooting and root cause analysis expertise Experience with monitoring platforms and ITSM workflows Experience supporting highly available environments Azure certifications such as AZ-104 or equivalent, preferred Experience with AVD, hybrid cloud, and migration work, preferred Familiarity with Ivanti or similar ITSM tools, preferred Working knowledge of ITIL, preferred Responsibilities: Own the availability, uptime, and performance of our Azure production environments Serve as the primary L3/L4 escalation lead for major incidents Lead incident triage, coordination, and resolution efforts Conduct root cause analysis and help prevent recurring issues Improve mean time to resolution and strengthen operational processes Shape and maintain our monitoring and alerting approach using Azure Monitor, Log Analytics, DataDog, and Application Insights Review and approve production changes and confirm operational readiness Support security incident response and compliance activities Collaborate closely with engineering and application teams Technologies: Azure Cloud Datadog Support ITIL ITSM Security DevOps More: We are hiring a lead-level Site Reliability Engineer to help us maintain the stability, reliability, and operational excellence of our Azure-based platform services.
