Azure AI Engineer

Salary: $110000 - 110000 per year Requirements: We bring 3–5 years of experience in AI engineering, applied machine learning, or cloud engineering. We have delivered AI solutions within the Microsoft Azure ecosystem. We are proficient with Azure AI Foundry, Azure OpenAI, Azure AI Search, Azure Functions, Container Apps, App Services, Azure ML, and Python. We have hands-on experience with FastAPI, Pydantic, Semantic Kernel, or LangChain patterns. We have worked with Azure Data Factory, Synapse, or Fabric. We can build ingestion pipelines for files, APIs, SQL, and SaaS platforms. We have strong SQL skills and a solid understanding of schema design. We are familiar with data governance tools such as Purview. We demonstrate strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills. We can work independently as the first AI engineering resource. We communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. We show a high level of ownership and accountability. We have experience with property management systems. We understand leasing, maintenance, tenant communication, and financial reporting workflows. We hold Microsoft certifications such as AI-102, DP-100, AZ-204, or AZ-900. Responsibilities: We design, develop, and implement AI-first solutions using the Microsoft ecosystem and Azure cloud platform. We build multi-agent workflows, retrieval-augmented generation pipelines, AI copilots, and intelligent automation. We create domain-specific AI capabilities for maintenance, finance, compliance, and tenant services. We integrate AI solutions with Dynamics 365, Power Automate, SharePoint, Teams, and other enterprise or external systems. We develop and support early-stage data ingestion pipelines using Azure Data Factory, Synapse, or Fabric Dataflows. We prepare structured and unstructured data for AI workloads, including chunking, metadata, embeddings, and normalization. We create and maintain Azure AI Search indexes and vector stores. We apply initial data governance practices, including Purview, lineage, and metadata standards. We collaborate closely with the Principal Solutions Architect to align with architecture, security, and compliance requirements. We contribute to design reviews, solution planning, and architectural discussions. We provide engineering input to refine AI-first patterns and platform components. We deploy AI workloads using Azure ML, Azure DevOps, and GitHub Actions. We implement monitoring, evaluation, and performance tracking for AI systems. We establish early CI/CD practices for AI solution delivery.
