📋 Description Develop, own and manage customer relationships, from a delivery perspective, across the NeuraFlash Provide hands-on direction, guidance and oversight to project teams, serving as an escalation Act as a thought leader for our customers, helping them drive outcomes and articulate the value Participate in customer sales cycles focusing on developing rapport with prospects, understanding Smoothly transition customers from the sales process to project delivery.
