Avionics Manufacturing Engineer, Solar Array

📋 Description Collaborate with design teams to provide professional feedback on the manufacturability and Support new product introduction by developing the manufacturing processes needed for solar array Create and maintain detailed manufacturing plans, assembly procedures, and work instructions to Design and implement tooling to improve production and test processes, aid inspection, and ensure Support environmental and deployment testing of solar arrays throughout development, acceptance Identify and resolve manufacturing challenges by conducting root cause analysis and implementing 🎯 Requirements Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering 2+ years of experience in solar array manufacturing, including processes such as bonding, composite Experience in tooling and ground support equipment (GSE) design and/or manufacturing Project management experience, with the ability to own deliverables and meet key milestone deadlines Willingness to work overtime or weekends to support critical mission milestones Familiarity with working in ESD and cleanroom environments (ISO 7 or ISO 8) 🎁 Benefits Medical, dental, and vision coverage for employees and dependents Generous paid time off; up to 20+ days of vacation for exempt staff and up to 10+ days for Paid parental leave Short and long-term disability insurance Life insurance 401(k) retirement plan
