Own incident management and improve monitoring and alerting across production systems.
📋 Description Own incident management across all production systems. Lead monitoring, alerting, tracing, and logging efforts. Coordinate cross-team responses for high-priority incidents. Improve incident runbooks, escalation matrices, and on-call schedules. Reduce MTTD/MTTR with automated remediation. Ensure SLA/SLO/SLI alignment across production services. 🎯 Requirements 4+ years in SRE, DevOps, Platform or Observability roles. Experience leading incident response for major incidents. Strong Linux admin and distributed systems troubleshooting. Experience defining/managing SLOs, SLIs, and error budgets. Monitoring/logging/tools: New Relic, Nagios, Splunk, PagerDuty.
