AV Field Engineer

📋 Description Participate in engineering discussions and drawing reviews Read, mark up, and follow project and consultant documentation Support Project Managers and Engineers on project-specific technical requirements Document equipment data (e.g., serial numbers, MAC addresses, IP addresses) and maintain inventory Provide detailed daily reports of work completed and open punch-list items Fabricate and stage AV systems in the field and in-house as needed 🎯 Requirements Minimum of four years of AV experience, with demonstrated proficiency meeting New Era Technology’s Demonstrated experience tuning large-venue professional audio systems, including loudspeaker system Client- and service-focused mindset, with strong listening skills and the ability to understand Understanding of how audiovisual systems function and how to diagnose and resolve problems within Proficiency with AV platforms (e.g., AMX, Extron, Crestron, Poly, Cisco, QSC, Biamp) Solid soldering skills 🎁 Benefits Full Benefits Medical Dental Vision 401K match 7 company holidays + generous PTO
