Automotive Technical Helpdesk Agent (German Speaker)

Job Description In your role as a Technical Helpdesk Agent for an international premium automobile manufacturer: You will provide expert assistance in the diagnosis of complex issues related to parts and support the dealer network with quick solution finding of technical product issues You will work closely with the technicians of the respective workshops and dealerships and support them with parts advice via specified communication channels With your practical workshop experience, you will not only support the dealerships with parts related support for the entire product range , but also act as an interface between the manufacturer and the dealers What we offer Ability to equally accommodate working from home office or remote location based on geographical availability Opportunity to work with one of the biggest automotive brands Regular trainings and access to global career opportunities/career progression A professional but relaxed working environment, as part of a welcoming and diverse team Qualifications Qualified candidates must be highly motivated, self-starters who possess excellent customer relationship, communication and facilitation skills, with a high degree of interest in working in a field environment with minimal supervision. The successful candidate must also reflect an exceptional track record and attributes that includes: Proven automotive experience, ideally in a dealership, workshop or at a manufacturer, (Aftersales retail experience is an advantage) Confident in technical concern resolution and warranty procedures Fluency in English and a minimum B1-B2 level of German are required (other languages as a plus) Experience with a high-performing, collaborative, constructive peer group is a plus Very good verbal and written communication skills with high attention to detail Ability to work on own initiative with attention to detail with flexible and proactive personality Personal qualities of integrity, credibility with high-level of organizational and time management skills Strong business acumen and customer focus Company Description MSX has been a trusted partner to leading vehicle manufacturers, their retailers, and mobility organizations globally for more than 30 years.
