To learn more about what we do, please visit: www.axiomtechnologies.com Role Overview We are looking for an Audio-Video Support Onsite Engineer to provide hands-on AV/VC support and act as an extension of the Customer’s Video Network Operations Center (VNOC). The engineer will be responsible for onsite troubleshooting, equipment setup, incident and change support, preventive maintenance, user support, and event assistance. Key Responsibilities Provide onsite hands-on support to the remote VNOC team. Create, update, and manage tickets in the ITSM tool . Perform initial troubleshooting and resolution of Low and Medium severity AV/VC incidents . Provide onsite support for High and Critical severity incidents escalated by the VNOC. Perform AV/VC equipment moves, cabling changes, console/remote access, firmware upgrades, and troubleshooting . Support configuration, release, vulnerability, and patch management activities. Set up and configure audio/video equipment for meetings, presentations, and events. Troubleshoot audio quality, video display, connectivity, and software-related issues . Provide end-user support and guidance on remote controls, touch panels, and AV/VC software . Maintain equipment configurations, service logs, inventory records, and support documentation. Perform routine maintenance, firmware updates, and software upgrades. Conduct weekly inspections and test calls for VIP/VVIP rooms and monthly preventive maintenance for other VC rooms. Ensure AV/VC systems meet required quality and performance standards . Coordinate with internal IT/AV teams and escalate complex technical issues when required. Liaise with AV/VC vendors and OEMs for technical support, repairs, replacements, and RMA activities. Provide onsite technical support during meetings and events . Follow required security, safety, and customer service standards .
