Associate UX Designer

📋 Description Assist project teams in designing new web-based software through the entire product development Assist in conducting user research, including interviews, surveys, usability tests, and competitive Help analyze research data and translate it into actionable design insights. Understand and use Assist in presenting design concepts and solutions to various teams and stakeholders, incorporating Work closely with seasoned UX designers, product managers, developers, and other team members to Refine design solutions based on feedback from stakeholders, usability testing, and design reviews. 🎯 Requirements Bachelor’s degree with 0-2 years of related industry experience. A portfolio showcasing strong visual design skill and an understanding of user centered design Experience with using a variety of user research, prototyping and visual design tools (e.g. Figma Good understanding of how to design solutions for end-to-end scenarios.
