Associate Systems Engineer

📋 Description Monitor application performance and infrastructure availability using AppDynamics, LogicMonitor Perform routine health checks and assist with performance monitoring and troubleshooting of SQL Monitor and maintain Windows servers and Internet Information Services (IIS), applying required Monitor interface subsystems to help ensure reliable connectivity and seamless data flow between Provide Level 1 and Level 2 systems support by investigating alerts, diagnosing incidents Maintain accurate technical documentation covering system configurations, operational procedures 🎯 Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent 1–3 years of experience in systems monitoring, technical support, IT operations, or a similar role. Familiarity with application performance monitoring tools, particularly AppDynamics, LogicMonitor Basic knowledge of SQL databases, including performance monitoring and troubleshooting. Understanding of Windows Server administration and IIS management.
