📋 Description Support Product Launches: Partner with product managers, onboarding, and support teams to Work with Integration Partners: Coordinate and lead discussions between integration partners and Synthesize User Feedback: Collect and organize qualitative feedback from clinics, pet parents, and Maintain Product Documentation: Draft and maintain product requirement documents, user stories Track & Report on KPIs: Monitor product performance dashboards, flag anomalies, and compile Coordinate Cross-Functional Workflows: Help manage sprint planning logistics, backlog grooming, and 🎯 Requirements Bachelors Degree 1+ years of experience in product operations, business operations, project coordination, or a Strong written and verbal communication skills with exceptional attention to detail Comfort working with data, including experience with spreadsheets, dashboards, or basic analytics Highly organized with the ability to juggle multiple workstreams and deadlines in a fast-paced Curiosity about technology and a desire to understand how software products are built and used 🎁 Benefits Bonus Equity Comprehensive benefits package Base pay
