Associate Product Manager

📋 Description Own the end-to-end delivery of scoped features within the Ticketing Core roadmap. Write clear problem statements, requirements and acceptance criteria engineers and designers can Break large initiatives into sensible increments and keep the squad's backlog prioritised. Run discovery calls and customer interviews, and synthesise what you hear into usable insights. Analyse product usage data to identify friction, validate assumptions and size opportunities. Partner closely with design on flows, edge cases and usability testing. 🎯 Requirements One to three years in a product, business analysis, operations, consulting or technical role. Commercial acumen: you think about revenue, cost and customer impact, not just features. A working understanding of the software development lifecycle and comfort working with engineers. Strong written and verbal communication. You can make a complex problem simple for other people. Comfortable with data. You can interrogate a dashboard and reach a defensible answer.
