About the role

📋 Description Collaborate with Nimbus Data Systems Sales and Solution Architect teams to define Nimbus Data Systems Platform objectives. Partner with client teams on network architecture, sensor placement, and deployments. Tune, optimize, and monitor the Nimbus Data Systems Platform to meet objectives and ensure availability. Develop content, workflows, and provide troubleshooting; manage escalations. Provide knowledge transfer, training, and feature walkthroughs; document processes. Maintain client engagement by soliciting feedback and sharing product roadmaps. 🎯 Requirements Must live within commuting distance of Washington DC and work onsite 5 days a week. Must have an active Secret security clearance (or higher). 5+ years of ICS/OT cybersecurity experience. Networking with IP, OSI, Purdue models, and ICS protocols. Experience with Linux (CLI), Docker, Python/Shell, SIEMs, and the ELK stack.
