Job Description REQUIREMENTS: Total Experience 9+ years Strong hands-on experience in designing and implementing enterprise solutions using Sitecore. Strong expertise in Sitecore XP, XM, XM Cloud, and enterprise Digital Experience Platforms (DXP). Extensive experience with Sitecore Headless Services, Sitecore JSS, SXA, Experience Editor, and Experience Edge. Experience designing and implementing Headless CMS and Composable DXP architectures. Strong knowledge of Sitecore Personalization, Marketing Automation, and Sitecore Content Hub (preferred). Hands-on experience with .NET Framework, .NET Core/.NET 8+, ASP.NET MVC, ASP.NET Core, C#, Web APIs, and Entity Framework. Strong understanding of software architecture principles, SOLID principles, design patterns, and enterprise application architecture. Experience with React.js, Next.js, JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3, and modern front-end development. Experience designing and implementing integrations with CRM, ERP, CDP, DAM, Marketing Automation platforms, Search platforms, Identity Providers, and third-party applications. Strong experience with Microsoft Azure services including Azure App Services, Azure Functions, Azure Storage, Azure Key Vault, Azure Application Insights, and Azure DevOps. Experience building and managing CI/CD pipelines and cloud-native deployments. Experience with Docker and Kubernetes is preferred. Strong experience with SQL Server, Azure SQL, Solr Search, and Azure Cognitive Search (preferred). Experience leading Sitecore upgrades, migrations, platform modernization, and cloud transformation initiatives. Strong understanding of security, scalability, performance optimization, caching, and content delivery strategies. Experience with Agile development methodologies and enterprise software delivery. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to engage business and technical teams. Experience mentoring developers, conducting architecture reviews, and establishing engineering best practices. Sitecore and Microsoft Azure certifications are preferred. RESPONSIBILITIES: Define and own the overall architecture for Sitecore-based Digital Experience Platform (DXP) solutions. Design scalable, secure, high-performing, and maintainable Sitecore solutions aligned with business objectives. Lead architecture discussions and provide technical leadership to development teams throughout the project lifecycle. Collaborate with business stakeholders, product owners, UX teams, and engineering teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions. Design and implement enterprise-grade solutions using Sitecore XP, XM, XM Cloud, Headless Services, JSS, and SXA. Lead Sitecore platform upgrades, migrations, cloud modernization, and digital transformation initiatives. Architect Headless CMS and Composable DXP solutions leveraging modern front-end frameworks such as React.js and Next.js. Define development standards, coding guidelines, architecture governance, and best practices across delivery teams. Design enterprise integrations with CRM, ERP, CDP, DAM, Marketing Automation, Search platforms, Identity Providers, and other third-party systems. Ensure application scalability, security, performance, availability, and maintainability across all digital platforms. Collaborate with DevOps teams to establish CI/CD pipelines, cloud infrastructure, monitoring, and deployment strategies. Review technical designs, perform architecture assessments, and ensure compliance with enterprise architecture standards. Troubleshoot complex technical issues and provide architectural guidance for critical production incidents. Evaluate emerging Sitecore capabilities and recommend platform improvements and modernization opportunities. Support pre-sales activities, solution estimation, architecture proposals, and technical presentations when required. Mentor engineers, conduct design reviews, and promote engineering excellence across teams. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful delivery of enterprise digital experience solutions. Qualifications Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
