Associate Manager, Wire Harness

📋 Description Lead electromechanical R&D and production support for LV Eng team. Hire, train, and manage mechanical and electrical engineers (FTE, contractors). Manage cable and harness design across multiple programs for long-duration storage. Deliver project plans and schedules with cross-functional teams. Establish processes, guidelines, and tools for high-quality deliverables. Travel 10-20% to Form manufacturing site for builds and re-works. 🎯 Requirements 7+ years harness design in HV battery/auto. 2+ years of people management experience. Knowledge of HV/LV distribution, EMC, CAN, LIN, Ethernet. Familiarity with Zuken E3 and SolidWorks. Excellent written and verbal communication across dispersed teams.
