Associate IT infrastructure Engineer

📋 Description Design, deploy, and manage Meraki infrastructure across global offices using the Meraki Dashboard Troubleshoot and resolve office network issues, including Wi-Fi, switching, VLAN, DHCP, DNS, and Manage ISP relationships, including circuit procurement, installs, renewals, SLAs, outage Plan and execute office network builds, moves, and refreshes with Facilities and Security Design, deploy, and operate Zero Trust and network security infrastructure (Cloudflare Zero Monitor network health and capacity, respond to incidents, and drive root cause fixes 🎯 Requirements 2 years of experience in network, infrastructure, or IT engineering Strong networking knowledge (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs, routing, TLS, VPN, proxy, firewall) and Hands-on experience managing Meraki or comparable enterprise network infrastructure Experience working with ISPs and carriers, including circuit management and outage escalation Hands-on experience with enterprise AI or LLM platforms (Gemini, Claude or similar), including Proficiency in a scripting or programming language (Python, Bash, JavaScript) and experience 🎁 Benefits Healthcare, dental, vision, parental leave and planning, and mental health benefits 401(k) plan and match 11 paid holidays Volunteer time off Paid time-off Other competitive benefits designed to improve the lives of our employees
