Shadow senior engineers to learn orchestration and distributed systems. Write tests and documentation; respond to code-review feedback. Participate in stand-ups, Kanban, and retros for team cadence. Grow toward L2/L3 by taking on larger, less-defined work. 🎯 Requirements Proficient in Python for scripting and small services. Basic familiarity with AWS or GCP and Git workflows. Degree in IT/CS or equivalent, 0-2 years, internship, or bootcamp. Strong programming basics, debugging and testing; eager to learn distributed systems.
