Associate Director Forecasting US Oncology

📋 Description Lead the volume and sales forecast analytical process for the Multiple Myeloma (MM) franchise Develop accurate and timely projections of commercial product volumes for Plan, Update, LBE, LRP Establish forecasting methodology, tools, and cadence for new indications and assets Lead the month-end actual close process, including preparation of Price, Volume/Demand, and Prepare, create, and review sales reporting and key-metric forecasting packages Present monthly actual sales results and future-period volume forecasts to the Commercial VP and 🎯 Requirements 8 to 10 years of combined experience in analytics, forecasting, and/or financial planning and Bachelor's degree in Analytics, Mathematics/Statistics, Business, Economics, Accounting, or Finance Demonstrated ability to think creatively and strategically, identify key issues, opportunities, and Ability to use market research to discover and quantify financial impact Ability to triangulate a wide variety of data sets and analytics Ability to solve business problems through proactive identification of issues and data 🎁 Benefits Comprehensive package of benefits including paid time off (vacation, holidays, sick) Long-term incentive programs Flexible work environment with hybrid schedule: 3 days in the office and 2 days remote
