📋 Description Define and own the NAMER data engineering roadmap. Lead and develop a data engineering team with technical direction. Architect scalable GCP data solutions from ingestion to warehousing. Own data quality across pipelines: reliability, performance, QA, docs. Partner with Data Science, Analytics, and clients to scope solutions. Represent the data engineering practice in client conversations and proposals. 🎯 Requirements 8+ years in data engineering, with 3+ years in leadership. Deep hands-on GCP expertise: BigQuery, Cloud Functions, Dataflow. Strong Python and SQL skills, production-grade pipelines. Experience designing data warehouses/data marts at scale. Solid batch and streaming pipeline patterns; know which to use.
