Associate Designer

📋 Description Producing creative, high-quality designs that align with client goals and company values Collaborating with Business Development Principal and Construction team to communicate design Overseeing design projects from concept through completion, managing budgets and schedules Leading and mentoring junior staff in design development and client management Coordinating with internal and external teams including structural, MEP, lighting, AV, and Developing and reviewing architectural documents and construction details 🎯 Requirements Extensive experience in interior design or architecture with focus on corporate interiors Proven ability to lead small teams, manage deliverables, and mentor junior designers Advanced proficiency in Revit required Experience working with diverse clients across industries Strong understanding of building codes, sustainability practices, and design trends Expertise in technical drawings and material specifications
