Associate Business Analyst (Graduate Program)

About the role: The Associate Business Analyst (Graduate) is responsible for gathering, analysis, and validation of business requirements for digital products and technology initiatives. The incumbent will perform stakeholder interviews, workshops, and documentation of user requirements under the guidance of senior business analysts, product managers, and technical leads. We are seeking graduates who have demonstrated strong academic performance, including High Distinction and Distinction level results, together with active involvement in university extracurricular activities. We value candidates who have balanced academic excellence with leadership, volunteering, student engagement, research, or other initiatives that demonstrate initiative, teamwork, and future professional leadership potential. Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Information Technology, Business Management, Business Administration, Accounting, Engineering, or a related discipline. Recent graduate or up to 2 years of relevant experience in business analysis, systems analysis, project coordination, software development, quality assurance, or a related field. Internship, academic project, or practical experience in requirements gathering, business process documentation, or digital solutions development is an advantage. Basic understanding of business analysis concepts, including requirements elicitation, documentation, validation, and process mapping. Exposure to software development projects or digital transformation initiatives is desirable. Familiarity with Agile or Scrum methodologies is an advantage. Exposure to enterprise platforms such as ServiceNow, Microsoft Power Platform, or similar business applications is desirable but not required. Self-motivated with a strong willingness to learn and continuously develop professional skills. Good written, verbal, presentation, and interpersonal communication skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail.
