About the role

Domino's Pizza is seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Assistant Manager to join our team at our Creve Coeur, United States location. As an Assistant Manager, you'll play a crucial role in overseeing daily operations, leading our team, and ensuring exceptional customer service. Assist in managing day-to-day store operations, including scheduling, inventory management, and quality control Lead, motivate, and train team members to maintain high performance standards Ensure customer satisfaction by addressing concerns and maintaining a positive dining experience Implement and maintain company policies, procedures, and food safety standards Assist in financial management, including cash handling, sales reporting, and cost control Collaborate with the General Manager to achieve store goals and improve overall performance Handle customer orders, prepare food, and maintain a clean and organized work environment Participate in local marketing initiatives and community engagement activities Troubleshoot and resolve operational issues as they arise Contribute to a positive team culture and foster a collaborative work environment High school diploma or equivalent Previous experience in food service or retail management preferred Strong leadership and team management skills Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities Proven customer service orientation with a friendly and professional demeanor Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment Basic computer skills and familiarity with point-of-sale systems Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities Detail-oriented with a focus on quality and cleanliness Flexible availability to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays Valid driver's license with 2 years' experience if 18 or 1 year if 19 or older Clean driving record and ability to pass a criminal background check Reliable transportation with proof of auto insurance Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds Food safety certification or willingness to obtain within 30 days of employment BENEFITS Flexible scheduling -- full & part-time positions available Competitive wages 1 week of PTO Paid mileage Employee discount on all food items Advancement opportunities Paid training program FULL TIME ASSISTANT MANAGER BENEFITS (in addition to above benefits): Offered Health, Dental & Vision Insurance after 60 days of employment Voluntary accident coverage/Critical illness coverage Flexible Spending Accounts Ability to contribute to a 401K We are MBR Management (a locally owned Franchise of Domino's) & we strive to treat all of our team members like family.  Our goal is to get to know each team member & help you accomplish your goals whether it is a career with us or just earning some extra cash!
