Job Description We are seeking an energetic and dedicated Assistant Manager to join our team at 1810 Court St. in Pekin, United States. As an Assistant Manager, you will play a crucial role in supporting daily operations, leading staff, and ensuring exceptional customer service. Assist the Store Manager in overseeing daily operations and achieving business goals Lead, train, and motivate team members to maintain high performance standards Ensure excellent customer service by addressing customer inquiries and resolving issues promptly Manage inventory, including ordering, receiving, and stocking merchandise Create and adjust employee schedules to optimize staffing levels Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate financial records Implement and enforce company policies and procedures Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment Participate in marketing initiatives and promotions to drive sales Analyze sales data and make recommendations for improvements Qualifications Proven experience in retail or food service management, preferably as an Assistant Manager Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop team members Excellent customer service skills and a customer-focused mindset Proficiency in inventory management and scheduling Experience with cash handling and Point of Sale (POS) systems Solid understanding of retail or food service operations and local health and safety regulations Strong organizational and multitasking abilities Excellent verbal and written communication skills Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Business Management or related field preferred Additional Information All your information will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelines.
