We're looking for an enthusiastic and goal-oriented leader to help drive our success and deliver exceptional customer experiences. Lead and motivate a team of employees, ensuring high-quality service and product standards Oversee daily operations, including scheduling, inventory management, and cost control Train and develop team members, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and company policies Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally Assist in implementing marketing strategies and promotional activities Contribute to achieving store performance targets and growth objectives Collaborate with the General Manager to improve overall store efficiency and profitability Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment for both customers and employees High school diploma or equivalent Valid driver's license with 2 years of driving experience if 18 or 1 year if 19 or older Clean driving record and ability to pass a criminal background check Dependable vehicle with proof of auto insurance Strong leadership skills and a desire to lead and develop people Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking abilities Problem-solving and decision-making skills Basic computer proficiency Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to delivering exceptional service Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays Previous experience in food service or retail management is preferred but not required BENEFITS: Flexible scheduling -- full & part-time positions available Competitive wages 1 week of PTO Paid mileage Employee discount on all food items Advancement opportunities Paid training program Opportunity to become a Domino’s Franchisee!
