To strengthen our Fund Management team in Luxembourg, we are looking for a: Asset Manager (m/f/d) – German & English required Your role As an Asset Manager, you will play a key role in managing and monitoring the performance of a broad portfolio of funds and group entities. You will work closely with colleagues across fund Management, Finance and Accounting, as well as local Property Managers and other internal and external stakeholders. Your main responsibilities will include: ▪ Fund and portfolio reporting: ensuring consistent, timely and accurate reporting for the funds and group entities, monitoring key performance indicators and preparing regular reports for senior management and other stakeholders. ▪ Performance and cash flow monitoring: tracking the financial performance, income, expenses and cash flows of the funds and group entities and maintaining accurate and up-to-date records. ▪ Financing and liquidity management: monitoring internal and external financing arrangements and supporting related transactions and cash flow planning. ▪ Budgeting, accounting and consolidation support: contributing to the preparation of budgets and supporting the accounting and consolidation processes at fund and group entity level. ▪ Asset management and portfolio optimisation: analysing portfolio performance, identifying opportunities and risks and contributing to the development and implementation of strategies aimed at enhancing long-term asset performance. ▪ Financial analysis and risk assessment: conducting financial analyses and assessments to support informed decision-making and monitoring relevant market and economic developments. ▪ Stakeholder coordination and Fund Management support: collaborating with internal teams and local Property Managers, contributing to ad hoc financial projects and supporting the day-to-day activities of the Fund Management team. Your profile ▪ Full professional proficiency in both German and English (C1 level or equivalent), written and spoken, is an essential requirement for this position. Both languages are used on a daily basis and candidates must be able to work confidently and independently in each. Applications not meeting both language requirements cannot be considered. ▪ A degree in Real Estate, Finance, Business Administration or a related field, or an equivalent professional qualification. ▪ A minimum of three years of relevant professional experience, ideally in asset management, fund management, real estate finance or a comparable position. ▪ Strong financial and analytical skills, with the ability to analyse complex information, assess risks and translate findings into clear and meaningful conclusions. ▪ Strong proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint. ▪ Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a dynamic environment, combined with a proactive, structured and hands-on approach and strong attention to detail. ▪ The ability to work independently while being a collaborative and reliable team player, with strong communication skills and confidence in dealing with colleagues and stakeholders in an international environment.
