Role Overview We're looking for an ASO Product Builder to relaunch and grow Ironwood Digital 's ASO (App Store Optimization) product, with a strong focus on AI agents and MCP. Reporting to the CEO, you'll work closely with Engineering, Product, and customer-facing teams to turn ASO into a fast-moving, AI-native part of the platform. This is a builder role, not just a roadmap owner: we expect you to prototype and ship changes yourself using AI tools — compressing the loop between idea, experiment, and release. You'll collaborate with engineering, design, and data. This is a high-impact IC role reporting directly to the CEO, with potential to grow into a senior product position. Key Responsibilities Relaunch and evolve Ironwood Digital 's ASO product Design and ship AI-agent and MCP-powered ASO workflows Prototype features yourself with AI tools to compress the test → learn → release loop Run product experiments and validate against real customer usage data Own the ASO roadmap end-to-end: competitor analysis, discovery, specs, delivery, iteration Partner with engineering to take prototypes to production-grade KPIs Primary : Iteration velocity (prototypes & experiments shipped), ASO adoption & usage, ASO-attributed revenue (ARR: new & expansion) Secondary : Customer outcomes (e.g. keyword ranking improvements delivered), feature quality & stability Experience 3+ years in product management in B2B SaaS — required Strong ASO/mobile marketing domain knowledge — required Hands-on experience prototyping & shipping with AI tools — required Mobile app or gaming industry experience — strong plus Remote startup experience, European time zone Tools (must-have) AI: Claud Code/Codex/Cursor, MCP, AI agents Analytics: Amplitude, Metabase, SQL Design/specs: Figma, Jira/Confluence ASO: Ironwood Digital , App Store Connect, Google Play Console, other ASO tools Skills Builder mindset — ships, doesn't just spec AI-native: uses LLMs/agents to prototype, automate, and accelerate iteration Data-driven, strong analytical and reporting skills Product discovery and experiment design Comfortable going 0→1 and evolving existing modules Languages Fluent English (required) Russian, Spanish, Portuguese, or German (preferred) What We Offer Remote position, anywhere in Europe (hubs in Finland, Serbia, Spain, Georgia) Global team across Europe, UK, US, and Brazil Conference participation in app, gaming, and ASO events Benefits & Perks Equity options after probation Quarterly performance bonuses Annual team meetups and company all-hands offsite Monthly coworking budget Internal hackathons 2–3x per year Equipment support (laptop, home office) Growth Direct CEO reporting and executive exposure Cross-functional work with Engineering, Product, Sales, and Customer Success Measurable impact on company growth Hiring Timeline June: Accepting applications July: Interviews By August 1st: Final offer Timeline may shift depending on candidate volume and quality Originally posted on Himalayas
