Artificial Intelligence Engineer

Role description Join our AI Engineering team to build and deploy AI applications, copilots, agentic workflows, and RAG-powered solutions for leading Investment & Wealth Management organizations. What You'll Do Develop AI applications, intelligent agents, and workflow automation solutions Build RAG pipelines, vector database integrations, and knowledge retrieval systems Integrate LLMs, APIs, and cloud-native services Design prompts, agent workflows, and orchestration frameworks Develop dashboards, monitoring, and operational analytics Support customer implementations, testing, and AI solution deployment What We're Looking For 3-5 years of software engineering or AI development experience Proven experience delivering AI/GenAI projects in production environments. Strong hands-on experience in Python, GenAI frameworks, APIs, and cloud platforms. Experience with RAG, Vector Databases, Agent Orchestration, and AI Evaluations. Knowledge of MLOps, data processing, and enterprise AI architectures. Exposure to Investment Management, Wealth Management, or Financial Services is highly desirable.
