📋 Description Lead development of the Halcyon Labs brand system (color, typography, photography) Ensure every asset is unmistakably Halcyon Labs Build and maintain practical brand guidelines for the team Partner with Creative Director to evolve the brand system Lead art direction for brand campaigns, launches, and collateral Brief and direct photographers, videographers, and freelance designers 🎯 Requirements 4 to 6 years of design or art direction experience, including in-house at a brand Experience owning a corporate or consumer brand identity end-to-end Mastery of Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) Figma fluency for collaborative design and handoff Strong typography, layout, and photography direction instincts A portfolio showing both conceptual range and executional consistency 🎁 Benefits 2-month paid Sabbatical to eligible employees Equal opportunity employer promoting diversity
