Ariba- CIM/ Invoice Consultants

SAP Ariba CIM Consultant Job Title: SAP Ariba CIM Consultant Office: Makati Work days: Mon to Fri (2x RTO) Work hours (Day-Mid Shift) Qualifications 2+ years of SAP Ariba experience, with a strong focus on Central Invoice Management (CIM) / Ariba Invoicing. At least one full-cycle SAP Ariba CIM implementation experience. Hands-on experience in invoice reconciliation, invoice workflows, and approval process configuration. Strong understanding of Procure-to-Pay (P2P) and Invoice-to-Pay (I2P) business processes. Experience integrating SAP Ariba with SAP ECC or SAP S/4HANA. Knowledge of SAP Cloud Integration Gateway (CIG) is highly preferred. Experience in requirements gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, and deployment. Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. Experience supporting global or multi-country implementations is an advantage. Excellent stakeholder management and client-facing communication skills. SAP Ariba certification is preferred but not required. Ability to work independently and lead workshops with business and technical stakeholders. Experience in consulting, professional services, or large-scale enterprise environments is preferred. Job Responsibilities Lead end-to-end SAP Ariba Central Invoice Management (CIM) implementation projects. Gather and analyze business requirements related to invoice management and Accounts Payable processes. Configure SAP Ariba CIM modules, including invoice reconciliation, approval workflows, and exception handling. Design and facilitate client workshops, solution demonstrations, and process discussions. Configure invoice validation rules, approval routing, and business workflows. Support integration of SAP Ariba CIM with SAP ECC, SAP S/4HANA, and other ERP systems. Collaborate with technical teams on SAP CIG integration, APIs, IDocs, XML, and master data interfaces. Perform SIT, UAT, cutover, go-live, and hypercare support activities. Troubleshoot invoice processing issues, workflow errors, and integration-related incidents. Prepare functional specifications, configuration documents, test scripts, and training materials. Provide best-practice recommendations for invoice automation and process optimization. Support change requests, enhancements, and continuous improvement initiatives.
