📋 Description Own the production improvement loop for agent behavior and outcomes. Instrument agent workflows to capture model interactions, tool use, and outcomes. Define quality standards, evaluation datasets, regression coverage, and monitoring. Investigate why agents underperform across context, knowledge, or workflow design. Design and ship behavior improvements: prompting, context, decision logic, and tool use. Build backend services, APIs, data models, and feedback pipelines. 🎯 Requirements 4+ years of software, backend, applied AI, or product-engineering experience. Experience building AI agents or model-driven workflows with production traffic. Experience diagnosing and improving agent behavior using production signals and feedback. Practical experience with evaluation design, regression testing, and online quality signals. Strong backend skills in Python, APIs, data pipelines, and production services.
