About the role
Design and build end-to-end AI solutions, integrating LLMs into production environments.
📋 Description Diseñar y construir IA en producción end-to-end. Traducir problemas ambiguos en soluciones acotadas y medibles. Construir pipelines de datos para modelos y superficies de producto. Diseñar evaluaciones rigurosas: métricas y detección de regresiones. Integrar LLMs en producción: prompts, tool use y latencia/costos. Diseñar e implementar salvaguardas de seguridad del sistema. 🎯 Requirements Inglés B2 o superior. +4 años de experiencia en ingeniería de software, con al menos 2 años en ML/IA en producción. Experiencia práctica con LLMs en producción: prompt engineering, tool use y evaluación. Conocimiento sólido de Python; también Go, Rust o TypeScript/Node. Experiencia con PyTorch, scikit-learn o JAX. Capacidad de convertir problemas ambiguos de producto en IA acotada y medible.
