Applied AI Engineer

📋 Description Design, build, and deploy agentic harnesses and LLM workflows in existing platforms Define and own performance benchmarks for agentic pipelines Evaluate and recommend AI tools and platforms for adoption Identify and build AI-powered automations to improve service delivery and operations Lead workflow assessments to identify agentic automation opportunities and scalable delivery frameworks Create docs, tests, and iterations for productized AI components and PoCs 🎯 Requirements S. degree in computer science or relevant field with 3 years of experience, or MS degree 3+ years of software development or AI/ML engineering experience Design, author, and deploy agentic harnesses within existing platforms Python and at least one other language for agentic development Understanding of large language models, prompt engineering, and API-based AI integration Independently scope, build, and ship agentic solutions at mid-level with secure practices 🎁 Benefits Remote workforce primarily (U.S. based; some travel) Group Medical Insurance options; GPS pays most of the premiums Group Dental Insurance; GPS pays majority of premium 12 corporate holidays and Flexible Time Off Healthy mobile phone and home internet allowance Eligibility for retirement plan after open enrollment
