Salary: $199,680 - 203,840 per year Requirements: Bachelors degree in computer science, information systems, engineering, or a related discipline; equivalent relevant experience may be considered. Significant experience in application development, systems analysis, technical leadership, or solution architecture. Demonstrated ability to design end-to-end application solutions spanning multiple systems, teams, and technology areas. Experience designing solutions for customer, account, order, service, commercial, or onboarding processes. Experience building secure, scalable cloud application architectures with AWS. Experience with Confluent Cloud and Apache Kafka event-streaming patterns. Experience with PostgreSQL, including application data modeling and data-access patterns. Strong background designing, governing, and integrating APIs, including API-led integration. Experience with SAP Master Data Governance (MDG), particularly customer, business-partner, or account master-data processes. Experience with Snowflake, including data integration and governed data exchange. Experience working with product management and engineering teams in Agile or iterative delivery environments. Helpful background includes complex customer-facing or commercial applications across multiple business lines; retail and wholesale technologies; CRM, customer and account data, customer portals, or digital commerce; SAP MDG integrations; AWS cloud-native or hybrid architectures; data governance, customer-data quality, or master-data management; and enterprise architecture frameworks and governance. Relevant architecture, AWS, Confluent/Kafka, SAP, data-platform, security, or Agile certifications are beneficial. Candidates must be available and ready to work directly as Genesis10 employees. Responsibilities: Convert customer-onboarding capabilities, processes, product requirements, and strategic priorities into end-to-end application and technology architectures. Design scalable onboarding solutions for retail and wholesale business models, channels, and customer segments. Define customer and user journeys, solution context, architecture diagrams, component interactions, data flows, integration and event patterns, and technology recommendations. Ensure designs follow enterprise architecture principles, target-state direction, approved technology standards, and governance requirements. Create secure, scalable, supportable cloud solutions using AWS and enterprise application platforms. Architect capabilities across the onboarding lifecycle, from initial engagement and customer or account setup through validation, activation, service enablement, and operational handoff. Design and govern APIs, integrations, event flows, middleware use, and data exchange for onboarding capabilities. Establish API-led and event-driven integration approaches using Confluent Cloud and Apache Kafka. Define and validate non-functional requirements for security, availability, reliability, performance, scalability, and maintainability. Work with Product Owners, portfolio teams, and business stakeholders to understand priorities, customer outcomes, and delivery constraints. Advise product, business, and technology stakeholders on architecture for customer onboarding. The initial contract is six months or longer, with compensation of $96–$98 per hour on W-2, based on qualifications.
