Application Support Specialist (2nd Line) – Real Estate Applications Location: Wrocław, 1 day per week on site 🗓️ Duration: Interim cover for 2027 with possibility of extension 🗣️ Language: English C1/C2 (written and spoken) About the role Our client, is looking for an Application Support Specialist to provide second-line support for its portfolio of business applications during 2027. You will take care of day-to-day operations of real estate applications, both commercial off-the-shelf (COTS) and SaaS, and be the person users turn to when something does not work or when they need access. The role also covers a visitor management system (guest registration and hosting) that was rolled out about a year ago and is used at reception desks. You do not need signigicant prior experience with it, as training will be provided, but you should be able to quickly understand how the sign-in process works and support it.
Requirements:
Experience in application support (2nd line), including incident and request handling Experience with COTS and/or SaaS applications Basic technical knowledge of Windows Server (e.g. checking that services are working) Understanding of user access management English at C1/C2 level Good communication and customer-oriented approach

Daily tasks: - Providing 2nd line application support for the real estate application portfolio (COTS and SaaS)
– Handling current support requests, incidents and access requests
– Checking user accounts and access rights, including verifying whether a user is defined in the system or not
– Servicing SaaS systems and the visitor management system, including support for reception teams
– Performing basic checks on Windows Server environments, for example whether application services are up and running
– Working with the product owner and the architect on application-related topics and improvements
– Supporting users and documenting solutions
