Application Support Engineer (US)

📋 Description Production Support & Monitoring — remote management for prod/demo trading envs. Daily Operations — execute daily processing and EOD/Start-of-day. Incident & Problem Management — triage, troubleshoot, escalate, and RCA activities. Performance Tuning — monitor performance and identify bottlenecks. Change & Release Support — assist upgrades, deployments, release validation. Shift Handover & Documentation — maintain runbooks and SOPs; ensure smooth handovers. 🎯 Requirements 5+ years managing or supporting mission-critical production software. Strong working knowledge of Linux server operating systems. Proficiency in scripting and automation — Bash and/or Python. Hands-on experience with SQL and relational databases. Demonstrated incident management and technical troubleshooting skills.
