Application Support Analyst

Location: West (Hybrid working arrangement) / 1 Day WFH Job Type: Full-Time Contract (Subjected to renewal / conversion to permanent) Key Responsibilities Provide day-to-day support for live applications, ensuring system stability and adherence to service levels (SLAs). Manage incidents, service requests, and defects, including troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and coordination with internal teams and external vendors for timely resolution. Communicate effectively with stakeholders on issue status, changes, and resolution timelines while maintaining accurate support documentation. Identify recurring issues and recommend process or system improvements to enhance application reliability and service quality. Requirements Diploma or Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related discipline. Min. 1-2 year of working experience in Application Support, IT Operations, Production Support, or a similar role, with a good understanding of incident, problem, and service request management. Strong analytical, troubleshooting, communication, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to coordinate across multiple teams and vendors. SQL knowledge, familiarity with application architecture, APIs, batch jobs, system integrations, and defect management processes.
