Application Security Specialist

Due to our ongoing growth and the large number of recruitment projects we undertake for our partners, we are currently looking for:Expert Application Security Specialist (IAM / SailPoint IIQ)Responsibilities:Analyze application security and user access managementReview access-related data to identify inactive, excessive, or unnecessary permissionsAssess access review findings and recommend actions aligned with business requirementsCoordinate with business stakeholders, application managers, and system providers to collect information required for access-related decisionsCollaborate with RACF and IAM subject matter experts to define actions and mitigationsFacilitate onboarding of applications, access groups, user accounts, and service accounts to SailPoint IIQSupport cleanup activities related to access groups, user access, and service accountsAct as a trusted point of contact for business and IT stakeholdersFacilitate discussions to resolve conflicting requirements and prioritiesSupport prioritization of activities and management of scope changesIdentify risks and propose mitigation strategiesRequirements:Proven experience as an Identity Application Security Specialist, Application Manager, User Administrator, or similar role in SailPoint IIQStrong experience in managing access groups, user accounts, and service accounts in SailPoint IIQGood understanding of Identity and Access Management (IAM)Good understanding of business applications and IT processesAbility to analyze application security and user access management dataPractical experience in stakeholder management and cross-functional collaborationAbility to engage, support, and challenge business and IT stakeholdersStrong communication and facilitation skillsSelf-driven and motivated approach with a collaborative mindsetBachelor's degree in Business, IT, or a related fieldVery good command of English, both spoken and writtenNice to have:Familiarity with RACFExperience supporting IAM onboarding and access cleanup initiativesExperience working within large IAM transformation or improvement programsOffer:Private medical careCo-financing for the sports cardConstant support of dedicated consultantEmployee referral program
