Application Security Architect

Key Responsibilities Lead technical presentations, demonstrations and proof-of-concept engagements for Microsoft Security and Purview solutions. Collaborate with sales teams and customers to understand security requirements and design appropriate solutions. Act as a trusted technical advisor on Microsoft Purview and data protection best practices. Design and implement Microsoft Purview solutions across cloud and hybrid environments. Configure and manage Information Protection, Data Loss Prevention, Data Security Posture Management, Information Barriers and Insider Risk Management. Implement sensitive data classification, labeling, retention and data lifecycle policies. Configure sensitive information types and data classification policies based on security and compliance requirements. Conduct customer workshops, technical training and knowledge-transfer sessions. Monitor cybersecurity trends, emerging threats and industry developments to provide relevant technical recommendations. Collaborate with internal sales, technical and Microsoft stakeholder teams to support customer outcomes and business objectives. Key Requirements Minimum 10 years of cybersecurity experience with strong expertise in Microsoft Purview solutions. Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Purview Information Protection and Data Loss Prevention . Experience with Data Security Posture Management, Information Barriers and Insider Risk Management . Experience implementing Microsoft Purview across cloud and hybrid environments . Strong knowledge of sensitive data classification, labeling, retention and data lifecycle management. Experience configuring sensitive information types and data classification policies. Experience delivering technical presentations, demonstrations, workshops and proof-of-concept engagements. Strong customer-facing and stakeholder management skills.
