Application Production Support Analyst

📋 Description Provide L1/L2 production support for Fixed Income trading applications, ensuring platform stability Monitor applications, perform troubleshooting, log analysis, and log scraping to identify and Support trading, pricing, risk, analytics, and booking workflows with a strong focus on the RFQ Manage Incident, Problem, and Change processes using ServiceNow and support releases and Collaborate closely with traders, developers, infrastructure teams, and vendors to resolve Support platforms such as ION MarketView, Bloomberg, and MarketAxess while contributing to 🎯 Requirements 5+ years of Application/Production Support experience within investment banking or capital markets. Strong knowledge of Fixed Income products, pricing, risk concepts, and the RFQ lifecycle.
