HIRING: SENIOR APPLICATION LEAD Location: BGC Work Setup: Hybrid — 8 days onsite per month Employment Type: Project-Based — with possibility of extension and absorption Job Description We are looking for a Senior Application Lead with strong Project Management experience to lead application initiatives, manage project delivery, and coordinate technical and business teams to ensure successful implementation of application projects and enhancements. Develop project plans, timelines, milestones, deliverables, and priorities. Manage project scope, requirements, dependencies, risks, issues, and changes. Coordinate with Developers, Business Analysts, QA, Infrastructure, Security, and other technical teams. Monitor project progress and ensure deliverables are completed within agreed timelines. Facilitate project meetings, technical discussions, status updates, and stakeholder meetings. Manage application-related resources, tasks, and project assignments. Identify and escalate project risks, blockers, and dependencies. Oversee application enhancements, implementations, and system changes. Coordinate SIT, UAT, deployment, release, and post-production activities . Ensure application projects follow established SDLC, change management, and release processes . Review project deliverables and ensure quality and completeness of technical documentation. Prepare project status reports, dashboards, and management updates. Act as a key point of coordination between business stakeholders and technical teams . Provide guidance and leadership to application teams throughout the project lifecycle.
