Application Administrator Dynamics 365

About the role We are looking for an experienced Application Administrator Dynamics 365 to manage, configure, and maintain Dynamics 365 and Power Platform environments. The role ensures system stability and security, supports deployments, and acts as the first technical line for operational issues. A key focus of the role is to maintain an efficient incident management process within the team, handling incidents and service requests in close coordination with the development teams. Your responsibilities Ensure the stability, security, and operational readiness of Dynamics 365 and Power Platform environments Manage, configure, monitor, and maintain environments Administer security settings, user access, roles, and permissions Coordinate and support solution deployments, releases, and environment migrations Serve as the first point of contact for technical and operational issues Investigate, troubleshoot, resolve, escalate, and follow up on incidents and service requests Collaborate with development teams to analyze and resolve issues requiring code changes or enhancements Establish, organize, and continuously improve efficient incident management processes within the team Monitor system performance and proactively identify and address potential operational risks and issues Ensure compliance with organizational security, governance, and operational standards Role's requirements 4+ years of experience with Dynamics 365 administration Strong understanding of Dynamics 365/Dataverse administration Knowledge of Power Platform governance, including environments, DLP policies, and connectors Familiarity with Azure AD/Microsoft Entra ID, including roles, permissions, and authentication Solid understanding of ALM, Azure DevOps pipelines, and the solution lifecycle Experience with ITSM tools such as ServiceNow, Jira Service Management, or similar Ability to diagnose issues across integrations and multi-system environments Strong communication and cross-team collaboration skills Excellent spoken and written English Advantages Microsoft certifications in Dynamics 365, Power Platform, or Azure
