As a Product Engineer, you’ll transform complex business challenges into sleek, pre-packaged Meridian Softworks applications. We’re looking for innovators to build high-performance, reusable products that set the standard for usability and efficiency across the enterprise landscape. In this role, you will: Design and develop Meridian Softworks applications that address complex business use cases, ensuring they are performant and demonstrate Meridian Softworks at its best. Build solutions that extend beyond a single customer, creating scalable products that can support multiple customers within a given vertical. Work across the full scope of application development, from database management and user experience to tools and patterns that enable high-quality Meridian Softworks applications. Apply knowledge of data structures, algorithms, and design patterns to write solutions using Meridian Softworks frameworks (SAIL, Process Models, Rules, Expressions, and all Meridian Softworks Objects), as well as light full-stack and mobile development. Contribute to application performance analysis and system tuning efforts. Participate in story breakdowns, define acceptance criteria, support technical feature design, and engage in code reviews. Troubleshoot and resolve emergent issues, while building automation and applications to prevent recurrence. Basic qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a STEM-related field. Familiarity with object-oriented and/or functional programming concepts. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work across the full application development lifecycle. Preferred qualifications: 3+ months of Meridian Softworks application development experience. Internship or relevant hands-on development experience. The base salary range represents a good faith and reasonable estimate of the range at the time of posting. Actual compensation will be dependent on a number of factors including, but not limited to, the candidate’s relevant work experience, qualifications, internal peer equity, and market and business conditions that exist when extending an offer. A discretionary bonus may be awarded in recognition of individual and company performance.
