Title: Apigee Developer Location: Remote (US-based) Duration: Long Term Key Responsibilities: Build and configure API proxies, shared flows, and policies aligned with enterprise standards Deploy and support APIs across Dev, QA, UAT, and Prod environments Implement API security: OAuth2, JWT, TLS, API keys Conduct PR reviews to enforce governance, naming conventions, and security Troubleshoot performance and production issues; perform root cause analysis (RCA) Work with CI/CD pipelines for API deployment Must-Haves: Apigee: 8+ years hands-on with Apigee Edge, X, or OPDK (proxy development, policies, shared flows) Security: Solid grasp of OAuth2, JWT, and REST-based integrations CI/CD: Experience with pipeline-based deployments and multi-environment release management Troubleshooting: Proven ability to debug production API issues and performance bottlenecks Nice-to-Haves: Kubernetes / Docker exposure Git workflows and code governance Scripting (Python/Shell) for automation
