WHAT IS ANAPLAN? Anaplan is a cloud-based enterprise planning platform used by global organizations to connect financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, sales, workforce, and supply chain operations. Instead of relying on disconnected spreadsheets, organizations use Anaplan to build connected models that help them make better business decisions. By learning Anaplan, you'll develop a specialized skill set that combines analytical thinking, technology, and business problem-solving. WHAT YOU'LL DO Complete the Anaplan training program and work toward the required Model Builder certifications. Assist in developing and maintaining Anaplan models used for planning and forecasting. Support data loading, integrations, model updates, and data validation. Test model changes and maintain technical documentation. Work with senior developers to understand business requirements and translate them into model logic. Assist with production support and troubleshoot data or model issues. Collaborate with local and US-based colleagues to deliver quality solutions. You'll receive guidance as you learn and gradually take on greater responsibilities. WHO SHOULD APPLY? We're looking for graduates who are curious, analytical, detail-oriented, and motivated to build a long-term career in technology. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Applied Mathematics, Statistics, Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, Accounting, Finance, or a related field. Strong logical reasoning, numerical aptitude, and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, particularly formulas, lookups, and pivot tables. Good written and verbal English communication skills. Willingness to learn new technologies and complete the required training and certifications. Willingness to work on a rotating shift schedule, which may include overlap with US Eastern Time business hours. We welcome fresh graduates from diverse academic backgrounds. Academic honors, scholarships, mathematics or engineering projects, case competitions, and other academic achievements are welcome indicators of your potential — but your school name or honors standing alone will not define your candidacy. These are advantages, not requirements: Coursework or projects involving mathematics, statistics, data analysis, financial modeling, or forecasting. Internship experience or academic projects involving data, logic, or model building. Basic SQL, Power BI, Tableau, or other data and analytics tools.
