Anaplan Developer Trainee (Open to Fresh Graduates)

About the role This is an Anaplan training and development role where you will complete Seven Seven's structured Anaplan training program and earn Anaplan Model Builder Level 1 and Level 2 certifications. You will assist in developing, enhancing, and maintaining Anaplan models that support the client's planning and forecasting processes, working collaboratively with onshore and offshore teams across US and Manila time zones. Key responsibilities Complete Seven Seven's structured Anaplan training program and earn Anaplan Model Builder Level 1 and Level 2 certifications Assist in developing, enhancing, and maintaining Anaplan models that support the client's planning and forecasting processes Support data loading, integrations, and model updates under the supervision of experienced Anaplan developers Perform testing and validation of model changes and maintain accurate technical documentation Participate in requirements-gathering sessions with US-based stakeholders and help translate business requirements into effective Anaplan model logic Provide production support by monitoring scheduled processes, troubleshooting data issues, and resolving model-related concerns Work collaboratively with onshore and offshore teams across US and Manila time zones About you Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Mathematics, Accounting, Finance, or a related field Strong analytical and logical thinking skills, with the ability to work comfortably with formulas, data, numbers, and structured information Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including formulas, lookups, and pivot tables Strong written and verbal English communication skills, with the ability to communicate professionally with US-based stakeholders Willingness to work on a rotating shift schedule, including schedules that may require overlap with US Eastern Time business hours A strong willingness to learn new technologies and successfully complete the required Anaplan certifications within the training period Benefits A structured Anaplan training program with certification sponsored by Seven Seven Hands-on mentorship from experienced Anaplan developers Direct exposure to a major US financial services client A clear career progression from Anaplan Trainee → Model Builder → Solution Architect Competitive compensation and benefits
