📋 Description Own data models and pipelines for CX operations, compliance, and insights. Partner with CX Ops, Compliance, and Product to define data needs. Build and maintain dashboards, metrics, and reporting tools for CX performance and compliance. Drive data quality and governance with testing, monitoring, and documentation. Identify opportunities to automate recurring data workflows and reporting. Collaborate with broader Data Eng and Analytics teams to share best practices. 🎯 Requirements 3+ years in analytics/data engineering with hands-on pipelines. SQL proficiency and dbt, Airflow, and cloud warehouses (Snowflake/Databricks). Data modeling experience (dimensional, star/snowflake) and documented data products. BI/visualization tools (Looker, Tableau) and dashboards. Proven collaboration with non-technical stakeholders (CX/Operations/Compliance).
