As part of our fascinating data function, you will make an impact from day one, using your expertise to help us scale our processes and make smarter decisions. If you are ready to bring your technical skills to a commercial environment and help us get to the good stuff, let’s talk. What you will do... Help shape the direction of our data organisation by adopting best-in-class data sources, services, and tools. Work across the business to identify opportunities for smarter decision-making, designing and delivering solutions with every release. Act as a data and technology advisor for one or more business areas, partnering with them to improve performance. Define organisational KPIs and build the essential data and reporting to support them. Support the tech and product functions within our Customer Success squad. Lead BI projects from requirements gathering through to delivery, keeping stakeholders informed and organised. What you will bring... Expert-level SQL skills. Demonstrable experience developing data reporting and BI solutions in a commercial setting. The ability to act as the bridge between engineering and business teams, translating technical and commercial needs. A keen eye for detail and exceptionally high standards in your work. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex ideas to any audience. Experience with dbt, Looker, and cloud platforms like Google Cloud Platform or Snowflake.
