Summary: The role of a Senior IT Analyst focuses on leading comprehensive analyses for complex card transformation initiatives. It aims to translate business objectives into actionable requirements, ensuring proper alignment with enterprise architecture, security, and compliance throughout the project lifecycle.Main Responsibilities:Lead end-to-end analysis across complex card transformation initiatives, translating business objectives into clear, prioritized, and implementable requirements.Own the requirements quality and traceability from initial discovery to post-implementation validation.Facilitate structured workshops with stakeholders across various domains.Perform current-state and target-state analyses of processes and systems.Contribute to target solution design while ensuring regulatory alignment.Define acceptance criteria and support various testing and validation efforts.Identify dependencies, risks, and gaps early in the analysis process.Utilize AI tools to streamline requirements analysis and documentation.Propose AI-enabled improvements to analysis and delivery practices.Provide analytical excellence and share methods to enhance team quality and delivery.Key Requirements:Strong analytical judgment and ability to structure complex problems.Ownership of complex analysis from discovery to delivery.Clear communication of complex topics to various stakeholders.Ability to build trusted relationships within a technical environment.Outcome-focused approach, balancing multiple operational needs.Experience in agile delivery models.Strong AI literacy and ability to evaluate AI use cases.Several years of relevant experience in a senior analyst role.Proven experience owning complex requirements throughout the solution delivery lifecycle.Strong skills in requirements elicitation and process analysis.Nice to Have:Hands-on experience with Jira and Confluence.Experience with generative AI tools for analysis.Understanding of responsible AI practices.Professional proficiency in English with strong communication skills.Knowledge of card lifecycle and payment management.Other Details:Location: Poland - WarsawLanguage: EnglishCollaboration Values: Ownership, Passion, Courage.
