Now, let’s see what else makes joining our Crew so exciting! ⛵ About your project/work As an AI Technical Lead at Meridian Softworks, you’ll work with a team building real, production-ready agentic AI systems and LLM-powered applications. You’ll keep growing your skills in areas like multi-agent architectures, orchestration, evaluation, and modern AI engineering practices. You’ll work closely with AI Engineers, AI-UX Designers, QA Specialists, and Product Managers who care about doing solid technical work and shipping things that actually matter . On top of that, you’ll have a real impact on how the company works, how we shape our methodology and offer, and you’ll get to meet and collaborate with interesting people from the industry. You meet all our criteria if you have: 5+ years of commercial experience, including at least 2 years on AI-based projects in production. Strong background in TypeScript , Node.js , React , and Next.js . Proven experience leading AI projects end to end, from scoping and estimation to production rollout. Solid understanding of RAG architecture, vector databases, and LLM integrations. Experience with multi-agent frameworks , workflow orchestration, validation, and observability . Familiarity with textbots, voicebots, image/video generation, avatars, and automation systems. Strong knowledge of AI models and providers, including cost optimisation and API management. Good command of Python and libraries such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, or scikit-learn. Strong client communication skills , with the ability to define architecture and guide the team. Fluent written and spoken English and Polish , at least B2 level. Strong understanding of prompt engineering, tool usage, reasoning control, context management, and hallucination mitigation . Experience with advanced LLM patterns, including function/tool calling, structured outputs, MCP workflows, and agentic orchestration . Understanding of AI evaluation methods and prompt optimisation workflows. Nice-to-haves We would be absolutely astonished* if you had: (* don't worry, it's okay to learn these skills later) Experience with React Native, Meteor, GraphQL, Apollo . Background in startup or agency environments. Experience with AI security, red teaming, or open-source contributions. Involvement in tech communities. Your responsibilities will include Designing, leading, and implementing production-ready, AI-driven solutions, including multi-agent architectures and RAG-based systems. Conducting technical discovery and estimation sessions with clients — translating requirements into architecture and implementation plans. Advising product and tech teams on AI strategy, tool selection, and long-term scalability. Ensuring technical excellence, code quality, and mentoring team members. Supporting the adoption of AI-UX and agentic design principles across products. Monitoring the performance and resilience of deployed systems to maintain quality over time. What success looks like after 6 months Led 1-2 agentic projects end to end, from discovery through production launch. Established strong architecture standards for RAG and agentic systems. Mentored 3-5 engineers and helped raise the team’s technical bar. Improved production systems by reducing hallucinations, latency, and infrastructure costs.
